Copyright and ownership. All photos, video, and 3D scans and all associated rights remain the property of Everhome Media. Media is licensed to the scheduling agent or brokerage for marketing the listed property only.

Usage. Reuse beyond the active listing, including future listings, branding, paid ads unrelated to the property, print collateral, or resale, requires written approval and additional licensing.

Creative discretion. Shot selection, music, color grading, editing style, pacing, and transitions are at the discretion of Everhome Media.

Delivery. Photos are delivered as JPEG files sized for the licensed use, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Video, staging, and 3D tours take 48 to 72 hours.

Cancellation. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged the full shoot fee.

Disclosure. Clients are responsible for disclosing digitally altered, AI-enhanced, or virtually staged imagery as required by California real estate law and platform policies.
